1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tradeX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

tradeX is a real-money investment platform. Users deposit cryptocurrency, subscribe to investment plans, receive daily returns according to the published plan terms, and may request withdrawals to an external wallet address they control. All deposits, credits and withdrawals are recorded in a ledger and involve real funds.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals are enabled. Where an account is created through an invitation link, that link is single-use and time-limited.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only. You must send funds from a wallet you control to the deposit address shown in your account. Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Sending funds to an incorrect address or network may result in permanent loss. Never send more than you can afford to lose.

5. Investment Plans

Each plan displays its daily return rate, minimum and maximum investment, accumulation period and payout schedule before you subscribe. Returns are credited daily during the accumulation phase. Profit withdrawals and full capital releases are available only on the dates shown for your chosen plan mode (Standard or Flexible). Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring the address is correct and that you control the corresponding private keys. A minimum withdrawal amount and a flat network fee apply. Processing time depends on blockchain confirmation speed and administrative review. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you do not control.

7. Fees

Plan returns are quoted after platform costs unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals may incur a flat network fee and, for manual payment requests, a processing fee. All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction.

8. Risk Disclosure

All investment involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. The daily return rates shown are the plan terms, not a guarantee of profit. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. We recommend consulting an independent financial adviser if you are unsure whether any investment is suitable for you.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with or disrupt its operation, manipulate transactions or outcomes, or create multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional programmes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of tradeX or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind other than those expressly stated in these terms. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation. Market data and projections are indicative only and do not constitute financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tradeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including losses resulting from market movements, incorrect wallet addresses, or blockchain network delays.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Outstanding obligations, including pending withdrawals, survive termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
